Hello.  Sorry about your LCD.  That's a drag.
Yes, it can be replaced but it is not user replaceable.  You'll have to send it in for repair.

Finding a local repairman is becoming very rare. Very rare.  But if you actually have a shop they should be able to handle it.  Or you could just go to a camera store and see if they will ship it to a repair facility for you.  That way, the pain and hassle of shipping and tracking the repair is up to them.
