Question
After my mother just recently died we discovered a Premo Camera Automatic Patent date May 7, 1907 with 4 plate holders. We think it was my fathers It is in its original case. could you tell me something about it and what it might be worth? It is frayed around the edges but all parts are there

Answer
Kathleen,

I can find no reference to an "automatic" Premo camera.  Could you possibly send me a picture of it?  You should be able to upload a picture with your questions.  After I hit "preview" here on this page there is a link that says "attach an image".

Expertise

I can answer questions about point and shoots and 35mm SLR`s from the 1960s to present. I can also handle most questions on digital cameras from "camera" makers, like Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Sony, etc. Though usually I`m not too familiar with the driver interface, as 3rd party devices for download are more efficient. Sorry, but I can no longer answer questions about the value of old cameras.
