Cameras/Undo of Delete

Question
Is there a way to undo a delete of photos on a Sony digital. I deleted accidentally from the camera itself and wonder if I can retrieve any of my content - both photos and video.

Don't take any more pictures on that card. Take the card to a camera store and ask if they offer a recovery service. You can also get free software that will let you recover a disk. But having it done professionally is a better bet. If you want to do it yourself, just google phrase "free disk recovery software" or "memory card recovery".
