Question
i wanna get a digital camcorder that i can put on to videos, my buget is about 120 to 160 pounds and i saw a digital camcorder in a shop window in wakefield that was 119 pound, it was small and silver and it looked quite nice, would that work? i've got a holiday coming up soon and i need to get this camcorder, any advice?

Cheers!

Answer
Max,

Telling me the camera was "small and silver and it looked quite nice" doesn't help me at all.  I'm in the U.S.A., so I can't just drop by your shop in Wakefield and have a look.  About all I can say is that 119 pounds wouldn't buy you much of a camera here.  If you can tell me a little more about the camera in question....  like the make and model, perhaps I could actually help.

Expertise

I can answer questions about point and shoots and 35mm SLR`s from the 1960s to present. I can also handle most questions on digital cameras from "camera" makers, like Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Sony, etc. Though usually I`m not too familiar with the driver interface, as 3rd party devices for download are more efficient. Sorry, but I can no longer answer questions about the value of old cameras.
