Question
Put my camera in main transport case on returned from Jamaica Holiday. not hand luggage. MAY be batters was flat, or could it be the X Ray. Its not working any more, even if I connect to mains supply. 78 YRS  OLD NEED HELP. PLEASE

Well, when you can't get power, that's usually just about all she wrote.  Can't even trouble shoot without power.  It's not the battery if it won't even work with a power supply.  And X-Ray can't hurt the camera.  Sorry, you need to take it to the shop.
