Question
Hey, I have noticed that almost all journalists have the same camera, a large white one whith an enourmous zoom.  I was wandering what camera is it and why they all have them.  Thanks
Dan

Answer
A white lens means its a Canon.  But the camera bodies aren't white.  I doubt they are all the same Canons ....  cameras just all kinda look alike.  But probably one of the most common among journalists would be the Canon EOS 1D.  And there are several versions of it.

Expertise

I can answer questions about point and shoots and 35mm SLR`s from the 1960s to present. I can also handle most questions on digital cameras from "camera" makers, like Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Sony, etc. Though usually I`m not too familiar with the driver interface, as 3rd party devices for download are more efficient. Sorry, but I can no longer answer questions about the value of old cameras.
