Question
l have recently changed an old hard drive of 40 gig to a larger hard drive of 250 gig. l run two operating systems both 98 and 2000 pro
when l run 98 it only recognises the c drive which is FAT32
whenl run 2000 pro it runs from D drive where it see's all drives C:\FAT32 and D, E, F, all NTFS and G:CDrom
when l had the fat 32 l had no problem with my usb webcam now that the primary drive for 2000 pro are now NTFS my cam does not work how can l fix it so my cam works?
Please Help

Answer
I do not see where you mention a re-install. The driver/software for the camera should be re-installed under 2000 as a separate install. Do you see the cam in 2000 under device manager?
Brand of camera, bios update, did you migrate the data off the 40 gig? Too many unknowns for me, More info please.
