Hello. I'm sorry, but I really can't answer your question. There really isn't an answer to that. First of all, I answer questions from all over the world. And I have no idea where you are.... so I couldn't even give suggestions. Secondly, best and cheap are two different things. Of course, I don't really know what you would consider cheap and I don't know what type of digital camera you are interested in.
