Question
i got a sony cyber-shot camra and i was wondering if you can restore deleted videos.

There is a SLIM chance you can recover deleted files from a memory card. As long as the card wasn't reformatted. And don't take anymore pictures on the card until you've had a chance to try and recover the lost files or you may overwrite the data. There is both free and retail software that can be downloaded from the net. You get what you pay for, so the free stuff may not work all that well. Do a google search for "memory card recovery software". Here is a link I found:
