Cameras/lost instructions on downlading

I have a camera with just I T works 3045 on the front I have lost the instructions how to download sorry its a bit vague can you help thanks

Also try dragging and dropping into a new file folder on your desktop. Then simply highlight and delete the pics in the camera's media card. Hopefully this is not too obscure an answer. :)
