Question
on each slr camera lens I see something like f2.6 1.5mm. What does this particular writing mean?

Answer
Binosh,

f2.6 is probably the max aperture of the lens.  It describes how large the opening is....  and of course this affects how much light the lens allows in.  Numbers that end in mm (millimeter) usually refer to the focal length of the lens.  This describes how powerfull a lens is.  However, 1.5 mm makes no sense to me.

Expertise

I can answer questions about point and shoots and 35mm SLR`s from the 1960s to present. I can also handle most questions on digital cameras from "camera" makers, like Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Sony, etc. Though usually I`m not too familiar with the driver interface, as 3rd party devices for download are more efficient. Sorry, but I can no longer answer questions about the value of old cameras.
