Question
I have a sony handycam. It's model is dcrtrv33.After shooting videos, when i connect my handycam to my computer using usb cable, the movies that i shooted come correctly. But after saving the portion that i shooted, when i see it the movie does not come smoothly. It comes slowly with iterruption just like replays. Please give me the solution.

Answer
Nayan,

Downloading via the USB does not give you full resolution video.  USB only gives you low quality MPEG video for internet use.  To get full resolution, you must download via a firewire cable.  Firewire is also know as IEEE 1394 and I.Link.

Expertise

I can answer questions about point and shoots and 35mm SLR`s from the 1960s to present. I can also handle most questions on digital cameras from "camera" makers, like Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Sony, etc. Though usually I`m not too familiar with the driver interface, as 3rd party devices for download are more efficient. Sorry, but I can no longer answer questions about the value of old cameras.

I'm an "expert" under photography. I've many years experience in photo retail.John and Chris
