Question
i added my spouse later on in my permanent residence application, now i have to send his documents and related forms.
my question
Q- im principal applicant. Is additional family information form is also for my spouse to be filled?what other forms sholud i send with my spouse name?

Answer
Dear Alizeh,

Since you have married during the processing of your application for permanent residence, your spouse must complete the same forms that you completed -- with the exception of the Application for Permanent Residence form (imm0008e_gen) which must be completed by you and modified to show your husband's details on page 2. You must also refile the IMM5406 Additionnal Family Information Form. All documents related to your husband must also be provided to the visa office.
