Canada - Government Information/availabilty for FTSP

Dear Sir,
You have replied me that i should  shown this question in public so i am doing same.
My question is that i want to know that how i can check the cap availability(total 3000) for FEDERAL TRADE SKILL PROGRAM which was launched on 2nd Jan,2013.

Dear Harman,

Unfortunately, Immigration Canada does not publish an on-going tally of cases leading up to the cap.

You can see which cases are being accepted in principle at the following link, but the problem is you could find your trade listed there, send in your application tomorrow, and the day after the trade might have reached its cap.

Good luck and sorry I took more time to reply than I normally do.
