Question
I have received contract paper from employer Quebec as position Poultry Farmer NOC-8431,What is the next procedure to do move or get visa for Canada? Is in this category elegible for apply PR?

Answer
Dear Praveen,

Your employer in Quebec will have to apply for a Labour Market Opinion on your behalf. At the same time as the LMO is being applied for, you will have to apply for a Certificate of Acceptance for Quebec (CAQ). The two processes are done together.

Once an LMO and CAQ have been issued in your favour, you will have to apply for a work permit.
