Subject: Maternity Leave

Question
How long are you required to work in the province of Ontario before you are eligible to receive maternity leave?

Answer
If you are referring to collecting maternity leave from EI, then the answer would be that that there are NO special requirements if u move from province to province.  You would still have to meet the elegiblity requirements of the federal EI program Check with your nearest Service Canada or CEC center.

If you are referring to a "speical" or unique program run by the Government of Ontario, can't help you as I'm not a resident of Ontario.
