Which countries were involved in the Turbot Fish Dispute in 1995?

Answer
The fishing dispute involved countries from the European Union and although agreement was reached with the Union prior to events turning nasty, Spain decided to ignore the agreement and continued to fish heavily for turbot. Therefore, the answer to your question is SPAIN.
