After doing some research, it looks like I would have to simply keep an eye on each team's website to see when they will be holding tryouts. Is this correct? Or is there another way to have a heads up as to when/where the 2012 tryouts will be held?

Hi Stacy,

Yes, that's it exactly.  As far as I know, there is no coordinated schedule for all teams nor any central combine that is held.  I think each team still holds its own try-out camps.  They tend to be in various location throughout the USA.  

Generally speaking, start checking for new in late January/early February.  You should start seeing information on each team's website around that time.
