Question
Hey,
I looked at your book, and there are a few copies in a branch near my house so tomorrow me and my partners are going to look at it.So far I have infromation on how it all started but i dont understand why this Rebellion has an impact on Canadian History and why it is so important. If you by any chance can claridy it that would be just great!Thank-you very much!Sincerly Ava

Answer
Please re-read my very first message to you, in which I already *did* briefly explain the significance of the Mackenzie Rebellion to Canada's birth as a nation. LIVES AND TIMES OF THE PATRIOTS and JEREMY KANE both also provide related information.
By the way, the political significance of the Mackenzie Rebellion is very thoroughly explained in ENCYCLOPEDIA CANADIANA and several others. And .. whatever other historical class projects you may may have in future, you would find it helpful to always look in the encyclopedia first.
Regards.
