Canadian History - human rights

Question
In Canada do we have the "right to face our accuser" and if so do you know where I can find it?

Answer
I'm not sure what you mean by the right to face our accuser, exactly, but we do have the right to due process, or a speedy trial. I recommend taking a look at the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. You can find it online @ http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/charter/index.html. I'd suggest looking at sections 7-14. However, above all else, you should consult a legal expert. Thanks for your question.

Mike
