can you please provide several examples of how geography influenced individual native cultures

Native culture is not my forte, but off hand I'd say a good example of geography influencing native culture would be the difference between the plains indians and the west coast tribes.

The plains tribes were nomads, following heards of migrating anaimals, where in the west, coast tribes where more stationary becasue they depended on the sea for their food supply which was an all year around source.
