Question
I live in St. Albert, AB. I received a photo radar ticket for an occurrence of 66 in a 50 zone on January 30, 2008. The postmark on the mailing was dated February 19, 2008. Are they not required to provide me notice of an infraction within 15 days of the occurrence?

Answer
I only deal with Ontario HTa but it is my understanding that there is no time limit on the notice.

Steve may I ask you if you even took the time to read my profile?
It is clear that I only handle issues in Ontario.
I tried to help you though by explaining that there is no time limit on the notice of an offense that you are clearly guilty of.
