Can you please advise me what the min/max fine is for littering on Alberta Highways/roadways?

I can only suggest you contact your local Police to get that info

As it states in my Profile I only handle question pertaining to Ontario.
I did try to help you but it seems some people want Volunteers to do all their work for them.
I contacted the Gov't of Alberta from the link I had sent you and was able to get the information.
Maybe you should try it!
