QUESTION: Ok if there is a cross walk in the middle of the school zone and on the top it says 30km\h when lights flashing does that count as otherwise posted

Answer
I do mean to burst you bubble.
Maybe a course in Reading might have helped you as I said in my original answer
"The posted speed limit is for all hours of the day or night unless otherwise posted"

It is always disturbing when people ask for help and show no respect for the person volunteering their time and knowledge to assist them.
You have a nice day playing with your Speed in a School zone!
