How do I prove my spouse is cheating, and does that effect settlements in the province of Ontario?

Answer
There are many ways to catch a cheating spouse, from checking their telephone records, charge card statements, to active surveillance.
In general in Ontario under the Family Law Reform Act there is not effect on settlements as aresult of a Cheating spuse.
However you should seek a qualified Family Law Lawyer.
