I was wondering I have a friend that lives in canada, he is wanting to move to america, he is married and has a kid, but his wife cheats on him online by cybering, he has the archives to prove it on his computer. Can he drop everything and come to canada, what does he need to cross the border, can he file divorce from here, if so can he ever have a chance of being able to get custody of his son while living in canada, I need the answers to these questions, and some general information thanks.
I need more information, but with what you have shared there is no reason why he cannot travel back and forth to Canada to proceed with a Family Law action.
Beyond that you will need a Family Law LAwyer in the province that applies for more detail.
