Who is the actual political head of each province? Who is the symbolic political head of each province?
Hello, Tamanna,
I don't normally make a practice of answering homework questions, but I'll answer this one anyway.
The actual and symbolic head of each province is the Lieutenant Governor. The L-G is the representative of the Queen in each province and, as such, has all the rights and privileges of the Crown in Parliament.
That being said, the answer your teacher is looking for is this:
Actual: Premier
Symbolic: Lieutenant Governor
