Canadian Real Estate/After Real Estate Contract Expired

Question
After the contract has expired, do I have to wait a certain time before I can sell my house on my own to any person who was not shown the house with the agent?

Answer
You can do what ever you want after the listing has expired as long as they didn't come into the property before.  There is a hold over period for 30-60 or 90 days only for Buyer's that were introduced to the property while your home was listed for sale.
You're good to go!!
