If a conditional offer to purchase is received must the property be removed from the MLS listings until conditions are met? and

Must the vendor be notified in writing before the irrevocable date and time set out in the offer?

Answer
Hi Carol,
When a Conditional offer is accepted. The property stays on the MLS and should read SOLD CONDITIONALLY until the condition is met. The Agent and or Real Estate Company must notify The Real Estate Board. Both Buyer %26 Seller should know the irrevocable Dates and Times in the offer.
