Question
IF WE BOUGHT OUR HOUSE 25 YEARS AGO AND HAVE A SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE DO WE NEED TO OBTAIN A REAL PROPERTY REPORT FOR THE SALE?

Answer
Hi, I can only answer for Ontario but most lawyers would accept a Surveyors certificate.  It would be up to the buyer and their lawyer to decide if something additional was wanted/needed.
Such as, if they wanted to do development or subdivide the property etc.
