I'm living in an apartment builing in Hamilton built in the 50's... my windows (if you can call them that) shake about 4" back and forth in the wind, are single pain, and well Let snow and weather into my apartment. I've asked the owner to replace my windows.. he said they will be done in a year to two years.. I asked if he could at least drop my rent... NO... he said he had a Grandfather Clause. Now I know that these windows are WAY UNDER CODE so now does he have to do something about these windows or am I out of luck.
thanks
Andrew
