Question
i have dynamar stock ?if they went under then why is the name listed in with offshore oil co,s in nf.canada

Answer
The public Dynamar went into receivership in 1988 after the bank foreclosed on its assets. They were also slapped with cease-trade orders from many Provinces, all of which remain in effect. I believe there was years later later a private company with a similar name, but they are not related. You can have other companies with the same name as long as they are not incorporated in the same Province.

Don't take my word for it - take the certificates to a broker and have them confirm it.
