Question
Are these worth anything?  I can't find any info on them.
200 shares of Vandoo Consolidated Explorations, Ltd, Issued in 1956.
200 shares of Radiore Uranium Mines, Ltd. Issued in 1954.
Both Canadian.

Answer
From the information I have available:

Vandoo has no current value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1976.

Radiore may have some current value. It went through numerous name changes and acquisitions. If my information is now correct, it is now Penn West, which trades on the NYSE for about $17.67 a share. Based upon the merger ratios through the years, I believe your original 200 Radiore would now be about 70 shares of Penn West, as well as any past dividends and distributions.

You need to contact Penn West's transfer agent, CIBC Mellon (www.cibcmellon.com). They will know if your old Radiore shares have any value and how to get them reorganized.
