I have stock certificates from Continental Potash Corporation Limited issued 1963. I would like to know if they have any value.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1976, which is what happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory and financial information (and pay its fees and taxes) for several years in a row.
