i have 50 shares of WESTERN ALLENBEE OIL & GAS COMPANY LIMITED.

do they have any value?

Unfortunately, I don't believe they have any value. Western Allenbee went through several name changes and reverse splits. Due to a massive 1 for 500 reverse split, the 50 original shares would have pretty much been wiped out, so I would consider the original shares to have no current value.
