Question
I have a stock certificate for 2,000 shares of judith gold corporation.  No. 2065.  Dated June 7th, 1973.  Incorporated under the Laws of the state of Montana.  Does it have a current value?

I also have two stock certificates for Gold Hawk Mines, LTD.  500 shares each.  NO.  12166 and 12167.  Dated May 8 1975.  Guaranty Trust Company of Canada Montreal, Canada as the Transfer agent and registrar.  Any value??

Answer
Lori, I can't help you with the Judith Gold, as that is a U.S. corporation and I only have the information on Canadian companies. I suggest you contact a US broker to see if they can perform a more detailed search for you.

For Gold Hawk, I believe they went through several name changes and at least one reverse stock split (a 1 for 3# and became Gold Hawk Resources Inc., which is still around. It trades for about 3 cents per share on the TSX Venture Exchange. You need to contact their transfer agent, Computershare #www.computershare.com) to confirm this information and get your shares reorganized.
