Good day,
My mother recently died I have a stock certificate of my late fathers issued for 157 shares of Intercept America, Corp dated July 29, 1988 countersigned and registered Guaranty Trust Company of Canada.
Where do I find out more about this company?  Are these shares worth anything?  If so how do I go about selling them?

Unfortunately, I don't have any final information on the company. From the information I have available, it appears the shares have no current value. They traded on the Canadian Dealer Network before Ontario slapped them with a cease-trade order in November 1988. That order remains in effect, which suggests they were never able to fix the problems and return the shares to trading.
