Question
I have found the following stock certificates purchased from E. A. Manning:  Orford Resources Ltd dated 1988,  MarkBridge Resources Ltd dated 1989 (which changed to Innovadent Technologies by 1994), Red Fox Resources Inc. dated 1988, and Golden Eagle Resources Inc. dated 1988 and wonder what if any value there is to these?

Answer
Clyde, from the information I have available:

Orford became Afton Food, which was cease-traded, Suspended and Delisted in 2007. There is no current market for the shares.

Markbridge became Innovadent Tech, which went bankrupt in 1998 and cease-traded in 1999.

Red Fox did a 1 for 1.9 reverse split and became Libary Information Software. That company was suspended in 1999 and that suspension remains in effect. However, the company was revived in 2006 and resumed filing with the regulatory authorites, but stopped again in December 2008 as there has been no filings since. There is no current market for the shares, but who knows - maybe someone will try to revive it for a second time.

Golden Eagle became Golden Eagle Capital, which became Points North Digital, which became Peragis. Peragis collapsed and was cease-traded during a stock fraud investigation, and it has not resumed trading.
