I am trying to find out if this company still exists or has changed names I have a stock certificate cusip #896681103  just trying to find out if it is still valid or worth anything.

Jackie, Trinova is a company I am asked about frequently. There is no current value, unfortunately. It was one of 5 companies that merged into Flying Cross, which later went through a further 2 mergers before becoming Explorers Alliance. Explorers ran into serious financial problems and was delisted and cease-traded in 2002. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect and there is no market for the shares.
