Trying to track down value (if any) of 2 share certificates in Xavier Mines Limited (both for 60 common shares, dated 1993). It seems Xavier Mines became Xavier Corporation and relocated to the States, but there I get stuck. The Business Week overview gives a tel # & address in Houston, but the tel # is wrong. Not listed on stock exchanges.  Hope you can help.

From the information I have available, the shares have no current value.

Xavier Mines did a 1 for 4 reverse split and did become Xavier Corporation and reincorporated in Delaware. The Company ran into financial trouble and stopped filing its required regulatory information. It was cease-traded in Canada, and in 2004, the SEC in the US revoked the company's registration. That pretty much was the end of Xavier Corp.
