QUESTION: I have 350 shares of this stock and was wondering who would i contact to inquire more about it. I would like to find out if they are still an active company and possibly if the stocks have split or for that matter if there even any good they were purchased in 1955.

ANSWER: Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1976, which is what happens when a company fails to file it required financial information (and pay its fees and taxes) for several years running.

Jeff, the shares are worthless, and have been for over 30 years.
