Canadian Stocks - mine stock

Expert: Steven Taylor - 11/3/2009

Question
I have shares of centurion mines ltd, 1958 incorporation in Toronto, Canada. I found info on a pay search site but they don't answer their phone and their site isn't working, what do you know about this stock.

Answer
Ron, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. Centurion merged into Caravelle Mines, which later had its charter cancelled. That happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory information (as well as pay its fees and taxes) for several years in a row, usually because they are already out of business.
