Question
I was hoping you might have updated info on an old Canadian stock, Arrowhead Resources LTD (N.P.L.).  I'm asking you because I followed your suggestion to another inquiry regarding the same. I emailed the transfer agent, which you listed as Computershare (at that time 110908). However, I didn't get any reply...also, I didn't see the stock in question listed as one of the companies they represent. The email I sent them was as follows:

"We bought Arrowhead Resources LTD (N.P.L.) stock in about 1980. Since that time, I believe the stock and company have had several name changes and eventually became Gemini Energy, which was acquired by NRG Investments. I believe NRG changed its name to Bucking Horse Energy, which currently trades on the TSX, symbol BUC.  Bucking Horse Energy listed you as their transfer agent.

Can you please verify the above information on Arrowhead Resources LTD (N.P.L.) and tell me how we can reorganize the old certificate into the new stock?"

Mr. Taylor (Steven), I hope you can help with updated info on Arrowhead/Bucking Horse Energy...I'm at a dead end.

Thank you for your valued time and assistance...both greatly appreciated!

Answer
Larry, from the information I have available, that is correct. The company went through numerous name changes and at least 3 reverse splits (a 1 for 3, a 1 for 10, then another 1 for 10) and is now Bucking Horse Energy, which trades for about $3.00 per share on the TSX. Computershare is still listed as the transfer agent - specifically the Vancouver office. Since they did not respond to your E-mail, I suggest you call them. I don't know why they did not respond to your E-mail. But, with most agents, a phone call seems to get more rapid results. They have a toll-free number: 1-800-564-6253.
