Question
Hello, I have original Certificates for shares pruchased in 1961 for Needco Cooling Semiconductors Ltd and Gillette Pool Products Ltd.  They were purchased by Eric Millington and are in his nam,e and left to his grandson Eric Millington, What are the proceedures to cash in the value of these shares for Eric Millington Today Please let me know I am working in my sons interest. Thank You, Derek Millington

Answer
From the information I have available:

The Gillette has no value. It became Scapa Products, which was dissolved in 1975 with no value to common shareholders.

The Needco went through numerous name changes and became Termco Ltd. I have no information on the ultimate fate of Termco. I suggest you take the certificates to a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search.
