John, from the information I have available, it appears that it might have some slight value. The Company went through several name changes and eventually became IBI Corp. IBI trades on the TSX Venture under the symbol IBI for about 1.5 cents per share. I suggest you contact IBI's transfer agent, Equity Transfer, at www.equitytransfer.com and inquire about getting your old shares reorganized into the new ones.
