I came across some shares from a gold mining company that I had long forgotten about. The shares were purchased in 1989. It looks like they were issued by Guaranty Trust Co. of Canada in Toronto, Canada & E.A. Manning Ltd was the underwriter. I have tried different websites but can't come up with anything. Can you tell me what happened to these companies?

From the information I have available, it appears the shares have no current value. Markbridge did a 0.5762894 for 1 reverse split and became Innovadent Technology. Innovadent ran into financial problems and was delisted and cease-traded by Ontario in 1999. That cease-trade order remains in effect, and the Company has filed none of their required regulatory documents since that time.
