Sir,
   My father has a shares certificate from Inter-Tech Development & Resources Ltd. Dated Feb. 9, 1970. The Transfer Agent and Registrar is Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Vancouver, B.C. This company was incorporated in the province of B.C. Did this Company have a future or did it die along the way ? He has never heard a final story to this company.   Thanks in advance, Michael

Unfortunately, I am not sure what happened to the Company. They did change the name to Inter-Tech Resources in the early 1970's, but that is where I lose track of it.

The transfer agent is long defunct, so you have 2 avenues here. You can contact British Columbia as the Province of Incorporation and see what information they have on the fate of the Company. Or, you can take the certificate to a broker and have them perform a more detailed search for you.
