I own 40 shares of Silver Eureka Corp., registered by Crown Trust Company, Toronto, dated March 4,1968.
1) Is the company still in business?
2) If so, what would be the approx. value?

Unfortunately, I don't have any information on what ultimately happened to Silver Eureka. Back in the late 1980's, it appears the Company was involved in several lawsuits regarding an insider and share dealings. In 1990, they proposed a merger with another company which later was delisted and cease-traded, but I don't know if the merger was ever completed.

I suggest you contact a broker and have them perform a more detailed search for you.
