Carol, I have little information on Alscope Consolidated available. The company did a 1 for 10 reverse split and became Almarco Industries and reincorporated in Alberta, but that is all the info I have. Usually in these cases you should contact the Transfer Agent first, but Guaranty Trust is long out of business. You could try the Province of Incorporation (Alberta) and see what information they have available. Or, you could take the certificate to a broker and ask them to perform a more detailed search for you.
