hi I am trying to find this company my father purchased some shares in 1958 > I think it is a Canadian company

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. The company had its charter cancelled in 1962, which usually happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory information (and pay its incorporation fees) for several years running.
